Modern Amenities: Fridge and a private ensuite bathroom. Smart TV. Airconditioning and heating.
Guest Access
You'll have private access to your apartment and shared access to the communal laundry facilities. The apartment is conveniently located on the 1st Floor at the front of the property, ensuring a peaceful stay.

Laundry: The communal laundry is on the ground floor, equipped with commercial coin-operated machines (very affordable at $2 - $4 AUD).
Essentials: Please note that oil, salt, pepper, and other food items are not provided. Toilet paper is provided upon check-in as a courtesy, along with basic cleaning supplies.
