The space: The cottage is professionally designed and decorated and boasts 5 bedrooms in main house (4 queen, 1 King) plus a separate bunkie with bunkbed (2 twins). All new Silk and Snow beds, pillows and linens.

This house has it all to make an unforgettable stay - gorgeous views of the lake, hot tub, three fireplaces, Rec room with 65" TV, Starlink internet, 3 season room with retractable screen, huge upper and lower decks, easy slope to the water where you can enjoy the views (or jump off into deep water) on newly built decks.

Large 200ft of waterfront provides privacy and gorgeous lake views. Unwind on the huge upper deck among the trees - either in front of the fireplace or relaxing on the sectional.

Kitchen includes all amenities (induction stovetop, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave) and comes fully stocked. Dining area has expandable dining table to comfortably seat 12.

Nearby: Behind then house is undeveloped parkland (Heber Rogers Conservation area) for hiking and exploring. Lakefield is only 15 minutes drive for restaurants, groceries as well as summer Farmer's Market.

Included: All linens, towels and beach towels provided. Garage has 40A EV charger.

Enjoy being on the water with SUP, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, noodles and floating mat as well as life jackets.

Cottage also has a back up generator to ensure no disruption to your stay.
