Quite home by the lake - Birders, Point Pelee & Island, Hillman Marsh
Great 3-bedroom home near the lake with beach rights located ~80 meters from the water. The home is about 1000 sqft and completely renovated top to bottom.
We provide firewood on request now! Just tell us prior to your stay roughly how much you’d like. This is free of charge!
We compiled some menus from local restaurants into a nice book available at checkin.
The space has two levels. The main floor has two bedrooms, one bathroom, laundry room, kitchen and living room. The second level has a third bedroom. Large backyard with a fire pit.
The place has everything you need for basic utilities: hydro, (town) water, central heating / cooling, and internet(+Netflix). Since we get the inquiry a lot, the water is from the town and safe to use/drink.
• This is one of the only homes in the area with high speed internet (60-100 mbps compared to others that range from 5-15mbps often failing from summer leaves), includes Netflix on main tv
• Very large driveway for parking including space for a large camper, boat or seadoos.
• Nearby water with some beach access
• 2 minutes away from docking, bring a boat or seadoos!
• Close by to Leamington and Wheatley
• 10-15 minutes away from point pelee
• 10-15 minutes away from leamington marina/beach. Get to pelee island from leamington marina
• Just minutes away from Provincial Park and a 9 hole golf course
