Perfectly located in South Hobart, offering water views, only 2.5km from Uni of Tasmania & a 5 minute drive in to the CBD, Davey Place is a modern, funky & well equipped 2 bedroom apartment that is close to local restaurants and shops. There is a private balcony with BBQ.

This is a whole apartment with a private balcony, so guests are able to enjoy independence, space and privacy. There is 1 parking space. Please be aware that there is a flight of stairs up to the bedrooms.

From the first enquiry to the day of check out we are avalaible for guests. We are not based at the property however are just a phone call away. We are able to assist and meet guests if required, however have designed the property as a private retreat with independant access. Once the booking is confirmed and verified we advise of the check in instructions.
Davey Place is non smoking (smokers may smoke outside and dispose of butts in the ashtray provided, throwing butts into the garden is a fire risk), and no pets are permitted. Please, no parties.
Please be respectful of our apartment, and keep the noise to acceptable levels due to the proximity of other apartments.
We are happy to provide a great BBQ for guests to use, but request it is cleaned afterwards ready for the next user.
