Great place for our family of 8. 2 small children, 6 adults and one pup. Lots of room, especially for the littles. Loved the foosball table.

Great family house in a great location

We stayed here with my sister's family for our annual family ski trip (4 adults, 4 kids, 1 dog). The house is in a great location on the Northeast side with direct access to the major bike paths. Wonderful and large hot tub, great family room, well-stocked kitchen. All around great place. The host was very responsive too...even returning my niece's forgotten teddy bear free of charge overnight! Thanks for sharing your wonderful Sunriver retreat! We'd definitely stay here again.

Great house for families!

We had 2 families with 10 people total and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for us all to be together or in our own spaces when we were home. The kids loved being close to the park and a short bike ride to the SHARC (the bikes and SHARC passes were a huge bonus!). The beds were all very comfortable after a long day of activity out and about. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Sun River Getaway

We had great trip to Sun River and enjoyed the home with another family. We had one hiccup and the owner was super prompt at helping us. The hot tub was awesome and the house felt stocked with everything we needed… including extra gas for the grill. Would stay again 😊

Great house for family

The house was perfect for us we had our kids and grandkids and it worked perfect! It was stocked with the little things and that helped a ton ! They where a little short of games ( we left new deck of cards and uno) and the floors where so squeaky there is no sneaking out in this house lol . Will stay here again !

Great layout for couples and kids

Family of three couples, one with kids, were each able to have King master. Couple with kids could take downstairs with room for 4 kids, the other two couples had nice rooms upstairs. Plenty of room, everything worked well. Only complaint was condition of floors and they creaked a lot. Not such an issue that we wouldn’t stay there again.

Excellent home for adults

Kitchen had everything we needed and appliances were in outstanding shape. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. All 3 golf courses we wonderful and the village had a lot of dining choices.

Great family (and dog) getaway

We stayed for a week with my parents (75+), sister's family, and my family for an annual getaway. Overall the place is great for a group of 10 with dogs. The carpet is stained but seemed clean - no problem for us there. The only complaint I have is w/the manager/owner. We needed more towels (bath and beach - w/a capacity of 10 I would expect at least 10 beach towels), pillows, and propane. The person texting with me was pretty unhelpful.

A great well stocked home in a great easy to find location.

We really enjoyed this home. We visit Sunriver a couple of times a year and this pet friendly home was the best in years. We often bring a lot of our own items due to kitchens not being well stocked. This home has it all quality items. We were very pleased and will be back this winter.

Great Sunriver Vacation

This is our 3rd time staying in sun river and each time staying someplace different. This house was perfect for the 9 of us (5 adults and 4 teenage boys). The fact that each couple had their own bathroom and the kids had there own area and bathroom was a huge plus. There was plenty of space to lounge, eat and play games as a family. The balcony in the morning with coffee was perfect. The location is perfect for getting in/out of sun river as it’s closest to the exit so your not driving through 20 round abouts. It’s walking distance to the local convenience store and about 1.5 miles from the sharc and the village. House is fully stocked with any kitchen utensil needed for cooking family meals and they have more than enough bikes for going on rides. The park with basketball courts, base ball field and playground is only a 10 min walk from the property. Overall enjoyed the stay and the amenities in the house

Perfect Getaway

This property was just perfect for our three families to share! We celebrated Father’s Day, two birthdays, a graduation, and a retirement while enjoying this space. Having three master bedrooms was truly ideal and I appreciated how quick the owners were in responding to the questions we had during our stay. We highly recommend this property! 3 steep stairs. Our 60# dog had a bad leg and we had to carry him up the stairs. There was lots of room and most everything was clean but the carpet and kitchen floor were pretty disgusting. Why have carpet in a pet friendly house? Couldn't use the hot tube because it smelled like mildew and half of the jets weren't working. On the plus side there were lots of bikes and we could get Netflix.

The property is in a great location and all of the amenities are well thought out. The only improvements we would suggest is get the carpet thoroughly cleaned and make sure if you advertise 10 bikes that at least 5 of them are in working order

Great location and layout!

We always enjoy staying in the north part of Sunriver and 4 Mt Baker was the perfect place to be! Convenient to the North Store, SHARC, Woodlands golf and easy access to Hwy 97 via Cottonwood. Also in a very quiet neighborhood …. The layout was great as well. The upper level with open plan kitchen, dining and living room was very nice. On the same level were two master suites, making it very convenient for all! The outside deck was massive with lots of seating where we enjoyed relaxing and eating meals! The only minor glitch was the lack of an umbrella to give us a little shade. The one pictured in the listing was inoperable…. But overall, a great place to stay …. We hope to return next year!!

Comfortable Sunriver home

This home worked well for our extended family (6 adults and 4 small kids). Great sleeping arrangements, a very well equipped kitchen, three very functional bathrooms, plenty of bikes for us all to use, and the SHARC passes were great. The main living area could have been cleaner, but I understand that it’s tough to do a thorough / deep cleaning when a property turns over as frequently as those in Sunriver. I was disappointed that both of the propane tanks for the gas bbq were empty when we arrived and weren’t filled even after we notified the local caretaker. Despite these issues, I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a base to explore Sunriver and the Bend area.

Wonderful family house

This Home was spacious and great deck and fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds nice laundry and couches. Just lovely for a family gathering! Bathroom toilets could use updating and location is a bit near a busy road. Those are minor issues and we would stay here again!
