This 2nd floor condo is right off of Route 1 and about 3 miles from Lewes Beach. The Rehoboth/Lewes/Georgetown bike path is easily accessible from the community and Cape Henlopen State Park is a short distance away. You’re never without something to do in this community, whether it’s play tennis in the community tennis courts or go for a swim in the community pool - the fun awaits you.
If you’re hungry, this condo is located right next door to La Baguette for delicious pastries, Arena’s for lunch, and Fish On for tasty drinks and dinner. No matter what you are hungry for, you don’t need to go far!
The condo is steps away from other restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, or, If you’d rather prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen, you can easily pick up groceries from the nearby Weis supermarket.
