There's plenty to do and see to with some outstanding wineries such as the Gurdies, farm shops & berry picking, a vast array of restaurants and cafes such as The Fig & The Bay and Phillip Island is a 15 minute drive with endless fun for all the family too. Exclusive to guests staying at this house, Inverloch Bike Hire will also provide free delivery & pickup for all their bike hires with discounted prices so there are no excuses not to get out and experience the bike trails and see all the beautiful coast lines, wildlife and birdlife as part of your nature escape.

Guest Access
The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to your email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. All communication is sent via our system and it is important you are checking your spam folder for information and instructions.

Please note:
Full linen is not provided and can be hired by the room, please ask us at the booking stage and we make up beds for you.
This house is managed by The Beach House People - Holidays Rentals/ Property Management.
Pets are allowed but must stay off furniture and all dog poop must be picked up before departure or fine will be charged.
On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include:
No parties, No Schoolies or groups of under 25 years, No Hens or Bucks parties. No Smoking.
Australian photo ID or passport ID is required for the online checkin process to release the lock box code to you.
The house is pet and family friendly but please be respectful of neighbours. Dogs are not to be left unattended inside the house and please do not leave pets outside for more than a couple of hours. It is 100% your responsibility to monitor your pets and pick up dog waste from the garden. If we have to pick up after your dog there is an immediate $100 fine as cleaners so not go outside and we often have young kids playing the garden - thanks for your consideration.
