Tucked away in Jarrah Way, this ideal family getaway is only a hop, skip, and jump to the popular local patrolled beach of Malua Bay or one of the many surf spots.

After spending the day at the local beach or going on one of the many local bush walks that the area has to offer, dinner won't be a problem with the newly built Club Malua just through the back gate for easy convenience, offering all-day dining, entertainment, and barefoot bowls.

The Space:
This modern home features all the comforts you need while away from home. Its open-plan living, dining, and kitchen make it the ideal place for the family to be together.

The main bedroom is located separately from the other 2 bedrooms. It has a king bed, WIR, ensuite, and its own TV, making it the perfect place to relax at the end of the day.

The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom with its bunk bed, sofa and TV has been furnished with the kids in mind.

Please note that this property is on a battleaxe block; parking is available at the property in the double garage and in the drive in front of the property.

Guest Access:
Access is via a lockbox located at the property. The lockbox code will be sent approximately an hour before check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Malua Bay is one of the Eurobodalla's most popular places with locals and tourists.

Just minutes down the road, Malua Bay has shops, a local supermarket, cafes, and restaurants. It also has a park for the kids and the newly built Malua Bay Bowling Club.

Batemans Bay Township is only a 15-minute drive away.
