Summary:
Recently renovated and lovingly styled with gorgeous furnishings, everything has been thought of to make your stay here special. Located on sought after Pilot bay , this three level townhouse is the perfect spot for your next Mt Maunganui getaway. Enjoy views of Mauao , swims and sunsets on the harbour , great cafes and restaurants nearby and even the use of bikes and kayaks. Offering 2 carspaces you can leave the car and take a stroll to all the Mount has to offer as you are right amongst it!

The Space:
Set over three levels. On the ground floor you have one bedroom with a queen bed serviced by bathroom , laundry with separate toilet . The next level offers the sunny living area, kitchen and dining with two balconies (one with a BBQ) and another bathroom. The top level has the other two bedrooms - the bunk room and master bedroom. These rooms have great views of Mauao (the mountain). There is a floor mattress in the bunk room so an additional child can be accommodated - 7 guests in total. There is also an outside shower for convenience after coming back from the beach.

- Mauao walking tracks approx 100 metres
- Downtown Mt Maunganui approx 500 metres
- Mount Hot Pools approx 100 metres
