Space is the final frontier! This suite features 3 bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, a separate den, and two full bathrooms. A large entertainment / rec room is ready for your streaming pleasure. The large deck with natural gas BBQ is ready for you to enjoy along with the private, treed, enclosed backyard. Two TVs mean that your group can split up for some more selected viewing if you can't all agree. The kitchen is ready for the Chef to create the perfect meal if that's the plan or you can just throw some steaks on the BBQ. Ample street parking in this quiet residential neighbourhood makes driving easy. Shopping and restaurants are only 3 minutes away or a pleasant walk.
