Each of the three bedrooms features medium-firm beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

The backyard is fully fenced for privacy, and the home is situated across from a beautiful park with sports amenities and a children's playground. Conveniently located just 15-20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and the airport, with easy freeway access, you'll have quick access to all the excitement Las Vegas has to offer. The Summerlin mall, local casinos, bowling alleys, golf courses, shops, and a variety of restaurants are only 10-15 minutes away.

Our home is professionally cleaned and regularly updated to ensure a pleasant stay. Free driveway parking is available, and for your peace of mind, the property features secure entry with combo locks and exterior security cameras.

Please note that the pool and spa may be unavailable during bad weather. Pool heating is available for $50/day and spa heating for $25/day with advance notice and payment. The house and furniture have a cozy, lived-in charm, reflecting care and maintenance rather than brand-new perfection.

If any issues arise, we will address them promptly. Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay. We kindly ask you to adhere to our no-smoking and no-party policy and respect the maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Pets are not allowed, except for service dogs with a $75 fee.

Check-in is at 4 pm, with early check-in available for $25/hour, and check-out is at 10 am, with late check-out at $50/hour plus potential additional charges. Excessive dirtiness will incur a $150 cleaning fee.

1. You are responsible for any damages to the furniture and missing household items.

2. No smoking or loud parties are allowed.

3. The maximum occupancy is 6 people.

4. No pets allowed. There is a $75 fee for service dogs.

5. Check-in is at 4 pm. Early check-in is $25/hour upon availability. Check-out is at 11 am, and any holdover is charged at $50 per hour, plus the loss of any future rentals from that day and any legal fees that may be involved.

6. Excessive dirtiness will be charged at $150.

7. You agree that the house and furniture are not brand new and are not in perfect condition.
