Experience Calgary's vibrant downtown scene from a central condo! With 17 ave in front, in under 5 mins you have easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, and attractions. 20 min walk, 5 min to stampede grounds/BMO centre.
The living room and large kitchen is a shared space as on the other side there is another room. For you as the guest you have a private ensuite bathroom makes it feel like your own, without the prices of it. Very central, well-lit, spacious apartment (1000 sq-ft).
