Located in SW Cape Coral in a beautiful and calm neighborhood and has the most gorgeous view over the wide canal. This home is perfect for a large family vacation or a getaway with friends. Rent a boat during your stay and you have access the Gulf of Mexico and some of the world's most beautiful beaches like Sanibel and Captiva. It is only 20 minutes out to the open water and the impressive Caloosahatchee River. Experience the amazing Florida wildlife, with dolphins and manatees.
