Just steps behind your awesome vacation destination is a 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and upscale bistros on the bay are just a short car ride away. This property's close proximity to the Matanzas Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport, all within a 20-40 minute drive. This home is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, but other things only a tropical paradise like Estero Island can offer. For the adventurous, jet ski and parasailing rentals are close by. Should you ever decide to leave your home in paradise, there's always the Key West Express which takes only about four hours on a high-speed boat to Key West, with daily round-trips. The upper level has the large master bedroom with en suite bath, boasting a stand-alone tub and huge walk-in shower with rain shower head, king-size bed and other furnishings, large walk-in closet and wall-mounted flat screen TV and, of course, a furnished private balcony overlooking the pool and spa below and the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Two other guest bedrooms are on this floor, both with en suite baths, king-size beds and wall-mounted flat screen TVs.
