This listing is for the entire condo. The unit is modern with new style and decor to match. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.
*STAIRS ARE REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE UNIT ON THE 2ND FLOOR*
**Note: This community is on a central air system and the modes are set by season by the community. There is a unit controlled thermostat but will only adjust the temp based on the AC season or Heat season set by the community. Meaning that an abnormally warm day in the winter season may not have A/C.**
SLEEPING AREAS:
Master Bedroom has a king size bed.
Guest bedroom has a king size bed.
Additional sleeping on a queen size sleeping mattress.
COMMON AREAS:
Kitchen with all your cooking needs, separate dining area, living room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. There is a community laundry room on the property that is coin operated.
(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

43” HDTV in the master bedroom
Streaming apps are provided by the host. Guests must provide their own log in and password to use streaming services.
PARKING:
There is one covered assigned parking space for the condo. Please ensure that you park in your designated space.

Community exterior fenced in community heated pool and spa and patio seating. The community also contains a fitness center.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events
If you are going to be traveling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

*Pets are not allowed here.
*We do NOT have any control or authority over the service vendors (i.e. landscape, pest control, etc.). They have access to the common grounds and services may occur during your stay.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.

Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $200, the tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.

Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:
The condo is within walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale restaurants, galleries, and nightlife. It is also just far enough away for some peace and quiet. Walk or bike to nearby desert hiking trails and canals.
Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, however, the condo is located very near walking distance to the Metro Light Rail system so if you plan to stay in the city than a car is not absolutely necessary.
Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 10-20 minutes to many popular destinations.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning
