Spend some time in a traditional Buenos Aires home that was recently renovated. Enjoy the classic high ceilings and other original features combined with upgrades such as a modern kitchen, ample office space, and an all-new rooftop patio.
The main floor patio is the heart of the house. From here, you can access every room on the main floor. It is half-covered so you can enjoy sitting at the table or couch area most days of the year.
The office and third bedroom are upstairs, by the rooftop patio. You will have more privacy and lots of sunlight up there. The rooftop BBQ is perfect for a family meal while enjoying the South American weather.
Villa Urquiza is an up-and-coming neighbourhood that still feels like old-school (be aware that some shops may close for siesta!). There are plenty of restaurants and cafés, a beautiful park for kids, and lots of greenery. The metro is only 4 blocks away and can take you all the way downtown faster than any car.
