BEDROOM:
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second and third bedroom have queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The first bathroom has a shower and toilet while the second bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to:

The living room has a 46" smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The garage can accommodate 2 cars, and there is also free street parking available. While there is no parking directly on Novar Street, you can find parking on Abbott Street just across the road.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check-in/out times. We need to collect $50 for every hour, or increment thereof, of delayed check out.
2. STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy" (inside and outside). Fine: $400 plus additional fees for specialized cleaning.
3. Extra cleaning fee if the property is excessively messy: minimum $50.
4. Adhere to cancellation policies as stated on the Airbnb listing.
5. Only reserved guests may stay. For business/government agency bookings, contact us in advance.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of guests. Non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. No loud noise after 10:00 pm. Penalty: $2000.
7. Basic pantry items are provided; guests need to purchase additional food items.
8. The property will be holding a security deposit for all stays. If no damages are identified, the full amount will be released within 3 days of check-out. In case of damages, necessary fees will be deducted, and affected parties will be promptly notified. This applies to bookings on VRBO and Canbnb websites
