Suite with 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath (Sleeps 4)
2nd Floor, Ocean-facing, private entrance and balcony.

Beautifully appointed with coastal furniture, lovely artwork, multiple windows providing natural light and view of the ocean, porcelain tile, and large-screen Flat Panel TV’s in every room. Streaming TV, high speed internet, & private parking for one vehicle.

Full kitchen with up to date appliances, well-stocked with all the tools needed from brewing a cup of coffee to preparing a gourmet meal. Groceries available at Publix, just ¼ mile away.

Access to a large, shared, outdoor heated & cooled swimming pool, conveniently located next door.

Trolly pick up and tickets available at La Fiesta Ocean Inn, next door, to explore historic downtown.

Pet-friendly for one dog up to 35-pounds. Pet fee is $100.00. All dogs must be pre-approved. No dangerous breeds and must be up to date on all shots. Pet owners must pick up behind their dog!

Complimentary beach chairs and towels available. Washer & Dryer on site.

Stunning, photo-worthy sunrises and sunsets.

A nearby board-walk leads to the dunes and ocean. Connect with the beauty of nature by picking up seashells and watching for wild bunnies, turtles, sea gulls, and other critters that live near (or in) the water.

Walking distance to many fine restaurants and shops, the St Augustine pier, and our beautiful Anastasia State Park. Only a 10-minute drive to historic downtown St Augustine (a bit longer if using the furnished bikes); 5 minutes to the Lighthouse Park which includes a skate park with nearby access to the State Park entrance for rentals of kayaks, sail and paddle boats, surfboards, or for hiking the dune trails.

Minimum age of primary renter: 30.

Onsite parking in designated space for registered guest.

Only registered guests with signed pool waivers can use the pool.

The property was clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and the morning sunrises with a cup of coffee on the porch was a great way to start the day. Neighbor is quiet and walking distance to a few restaurants shower trip to the historic district.

Everything you need in a vacation
The entire experience with this rental was excellent from check in to check out. The location was great…nice view of the ocean, short walk to the beach and an area to run our dog plus walking distance to many restaurants. The “condo” was well equipped with everything we needed and looked recently updated. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I visited for the weekend to check on my young adult kids, give them a break from working with dinners out and homemade breakfasts. They and their friends had a great time stopping by for happy hour. I loved being in proximity to the wonderful vibe of St. Augustine. The condo is perfect for a small intimate group. It is nicely furnished, very pretty with lovely decor and quality finishings. It is quiet.

Great beach location
We wanted to be near family at La Fiesta but with a kitchen and this was perfect - even has a dishwasher. Clean and comfortable, with laundry on site. Easy walk or drive to beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony and I wish there was more glass to enjoy that view. Property managers were very responsive to a leaky faucet. We were able to comfortably host 10 for dinner and had a fabulous restful weekend.

Mother’s Day Weekend getaway.
My daughter and I stayed at ocean song for Mother’s Day weekend. We had a really good time. Place was extremely clean, (I think this was the first time I didn’t have to clean anything when I got to a vacation house), close to the beach and it was very relaxing sitting outside on the deck at night, listening to the ocean. We will definitely stay again!

Clean and peaceful. The location is a 2 minute walk to the beach and you can see the ocean from the deck. 10 to 15 minute walk to the heart of Saint Augustine Beach. Nice selection of local restaurants to chose from.

Absolutely LOVED staying here! Easy walk to the beach, easy drive to everything else, so clean and cozy. My only complaint (that’s really not a big deal) would be that you don’t find out the pool is actually the hotel pool next door until after you’ve booked. At least I didn’t see that info listed anywhere prior to booking. Otherwise my family and I had the best time staying here! 10/10 would recommend!
