The relaxed open plan living/ dining features a new reverse cycle air conditioner to keep you comfortable year around- the area opens out onto the under-cover balcony with outdoor alfresco dining. There is a second balcony also off the dining area. The kitchen provides full cooking facilities and dishwasher. If cooking at home is not what you're after it is also only a short stroll to Wests Diggers Club, restaurants, cafes and many other facilities including Little Beach Boathouse, which has a stunning restaurant and bar right on the water - favourite place for the locals to watch the spectacular sunsets.
Two generous size bedrooms both with built-in robes and ceiling fans, the main bathroom has everything you need with a full-size bath, shower, toilet and vanity. There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Enjoy the convenience of modern technology with the large TV in the living space that features free WiFi, Fetch TV, Netflix and free to air.
