A Gem of a House

From check-in to check-out, our stay was very comfortable and relaxing! The house was spotless, and the pool was wonderful. Our communications with management were VERY easy and accommodating! We will definitely return! Thank you!

Felt right at home

The house was great and we had a fantastic vacation! There were plenty of dishes,cookware and all the kitchen essentials to feel right at home! The property provided beach chairs,towels and umbrellas….even a cooler to take with you! We will definitely be back for a visit and if you ever think of selling…….let us snowbirds in Indiana know! Thank you for everything!

Relaxing Spring Break Getaway

My wife and I booked this VRBO for a nice relaxing getaway vacation for spring break for our kids. The pool/deck is absolutely amazing and my kids (10 and 13) loved it. It came stocked with plenty of pool toys for the kids as well. The house was very clean and perfect for a family of 4-5. It is very close to town if you need something. Communication with the property manager was also top notch as he always got back to me within 15-20 minutes. If I ever go back to Cape Coral I will be booking this house again for sure.

Great location

This rental was great with lots of room for my husband and I. The built in hot tub /pool and lanai on the canal. We had coffee outside every morning. A short drive (45min) to Naples. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Vacation

Me and my family stayed in this beautiful place 10 days and it was the most relaxing vacation ever. Home was clean and well equipped. Pool was big and water was just right. Hot tub was great addition to late evenings, relaxing and very easy to operate. Contact with the host was easy, always there to answer our questions or concerns. We would like to thank for everything and recommend this place to everyone.

Private Oasis

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there the week of July 4th and enjoyed every minute of it. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. July the 4th fireworks were everywhere. We relaxed in the hot tub with some drinks and enjoyed the show. Would definitely come back

Relaxing days in Cape Coral

We have been to this house many times and we had a great time this time too. The view of the canal is beautiful. What was not quite optimal is the bed in the master bedroom. Here the mattress should be renewed. The air conditioning blows very differently in the rooms. We will gladly come again in the next years.

Comfortable and clean

Well equipped kitchen. Great view w/large patio around pool. Hot tub was challenging to use. Took 4 hours to heat up and then turns itself off every 80 minutes. Remote switches were broken so we had to go around to the side of the house to keep turning on the hot tub. Could use a couple more living room chairs! Very attentive property manager. Need to bring own bath soap as well as hair products. Comfortable beds- quiet neighborhood. Appreciated garage access and remote. Highly recommend!

Quick getaway

Both the owner and property manager were very quick to respond to our questions. Any concerns were very promptly addressed. The property is well maintained. We arrived very late, thus the rating on the check in process could not rate as a 5. Good experience overall.

Was given the wrong address and was a nervous wreck as when we arrived a couple moving in, very nice people and we both thought we May have been may have been scammed ! Not the way to start a vacation. House was very clean and nice pool. They need to have a broom to sweep up.

The house was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. The host was awesome to work with even after our flights got cancelled. Anja was amazing as she kept in contact with us throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time especially with everything that transpired during our trip.

Gorgeous Outdoor Space

We loved our time at the house -- the outdoor space especially. The house is good and the outdoor living space is fantastic. We spent most of our time on the patio and at the pool. This was a great stay and we appreciated Anja and the full kitchen so we could cook our own food.

Great backyard pool area! Neighborhood was fairly quiet. Grill was very clean. Beds could be upgraded as they are quite hard but overall good stay.

Great Place. Would Stay Again.

Owner was very accommodating. We have a toddler, and I asked about a highchair and crib. The owner personally called and let us know that those things will be purchased and ready at the property. We were also able to check-in early with ease. The house is well equipped with anything you would need to cook and/or bbq, and extra blankets and towels in every room. It's not the best spot on the canal and across from multi-family homes, but the neighborhood is quiet and there are many great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The property manager responded in a timely manner for every question. The requirement for washing all the towels before checkout made it tricky for an early flight the next day. Maybe just have the PM bring a new set of towels or linens between check-ins if the cleaning crew doesn't have time to wash them. Overall, everyone enjoyed the pool/patio every day, and it was a great vacation.
