All fees and registration information must be sent to the owner at least 7 days prior to arrival. If guests register less than 7 days prior to arrival, there will be a $100 late fee
- NOTE: Temporary membership (age 6+) $8.50 daily, $42.50 weekly (in-season, late May-early September), $2 daily (off-season); transaction fee per rental $20, gate card fee $20 per vehicle required
