The huge under cover deck is where you will spend the bulk of your time! North facing means you catch the summer sea breezes, as well as wonderful winter sunsets to the west over Cylinder beach.
The bay in front, and Coral Sea beyond is often the playground of the migrating Humpbacks (May-Nov) and the Cylinder Headland break is world famous in surfing circles. In fact Cylinder Beach is often mentioned in the list of top 10 beaches in Australia.
From Claytons 7 by Discover Stradbroke you are 50m to Cylinder Beach, 400m to the Straddie Pub and walking distance to the restaurants and shops in either direction.
