The Space:
The perfect stay for a small family traveling to the vacation capital of the world to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. Our 677 sq ft townhome, located in the Runaway Beach Club resort community, offers guests everything they need for your Florida getaway, including beautiful tropical-landscaped grounds and a range of resort amenities for all.

Step into the open living space of our townhome, designed for togetherness and family bonding. The fully equipped kitchen has quality appliances and everything you’d need to prepare meals at home—which can be a great money saver! You can enjoy your meals at the dining table for four plus, you’ll have a high chair nearby if needed. There’s a Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home on the sofa.

When it’s time to rest and recharge, the bedroom is spacious. It has a plush king-sized bed, a Smart TV, a full-length mirror, nightstands and reading lamps. The sofa in the living room opens to a queen-sized sofa bed for another two sleepers. Plus, there’s a full modern bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

For added convenience, you’ll find a washer and dryer in the utility room next to the kitchen. We provide a few starter essentials, like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items, however, are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.

The Runaway Beach Club Resort has all the comforts and conveniences for a fun, relaxing, tropical vacation. Whether you’re planning to simply relax in the sun and resort setting or plan to visit the nearby theme parks, go shopping, or play golf, the activities in the area are endless. You’ll be surrounded by beautiful lush green scenery and get to breathe in nature and find peace.

Our home is also conveniently located just a short drive to grocery and convenience stores, superstores like Walmart, a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls. Our guests get free use of all the facilities, which include two heated community pools, a whirlpool spa, a kids’ splash zone, a waterfront sundeck, a fitness center, an indoor basketball court, and an onsite marketplace featuring Starbucks coffee.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
The townhome is centrally located near the theme parks, bars, restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. Plus, inside the resort community, you’ll find facilities and amenities such as:

- Two heated pools with a kids’ splash zone, a hot tub, a waterfront sundeck with sun loungers, a modern fitness center, and an indoor basketball court
- An on-site marketplace and Starbucks coffee in the lobby

Getting Around:
Guests have free parking on the Runaway Beach Club resort premises, and you’ll be about 25 minutes (30km/18 miles) from the Orlando International Airport (MCO).

- Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this rental.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 fine.
- No excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400 minimum.
- Pool and common area rules and hours within the community must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
The townhome is self-check-in. Please proceed directly to the townhome address. The gate code to enter the gated community will be sent to you prior to your arrival. The townhome is a keyless entry and the access code to enter will also be provided before you arrive.
