No matter what the reason, the waterfront home of Dolphin Bay Hideaway offers all three and more, located in a quiet community along the scenic Bon Secour Bay. Bring your own boat along and take part in all the water-themed activities this area has in abundance from fishing to sightseeing and even catching a glimpse at the resident dolphins. If you aren’t bringing a boat, there’s still plenty of opportunities to get out on the lake. Grab the provided kayaks or paddleboards and take a leisurely paddle down the river or set your sights on the big water by booking that will pick you up conveniently at your dock and whisk you away to adventure. If you prefer to stay on dry land, you can sun the day away at the shared dock or beach area or head off for a day trip to the Gulf Shores Public Beach to splash and play along the expansive shores of the Gulf of Mexico.

Back at the home, relaxation comes in spades on the multi-level deck equipped with comfortable lounge seating and your preference of spending your well-earned downtime in the sun or shade. On the lower-level patio, clean your fresh catch of the day at the prep tables and throw it on the grill for a delicious lunch. The outdoor shower is a convenient way to wash off all the sand and sunscreen before heading indoors.

Speaking of the indoors, you’ll feel immediately welcome the moment you step through the doors by cheerful spaces adorned with comfortable, contemporary furnishings and simple chic décor. Gather together in the living room for a family game night or to stream that new movie you’ve been saving on the mounted smart TV. Steps away, the fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances along with ample counterspace and cabinetry for meal preparation and storage. Dining needs are well met at the formal table with seating for 6 or tucked into the breakfast nook with room for 4. If you need some quiet time to yourself or want to amp up the competition on the Xbox, head up to the 2nd floor game room where a second living area with smart TV ensures no one needs to argue over their preferred form of entertainment.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the game room.

Bedroom #1 includes a full size Murphy bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and balcony access.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and balcony access.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds.

The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, each with a bidet, single vanity, and shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.
• This home is equipped with one (1) exterior Ring security system, mounted on the stair entrance and actively monitoring the parking lot.
• Common areas of the dock, beach, boat launch, and boat slip are at your own risk. Each guest over the age of 19 will be required to sign a waiver of acknowledgment. Even guests of a guest.

If you're looking for a fun day in the sun, head to Gulf State Park. With its white sand beaches, turquoise waters, and plenty of space to spread out, it's the perfect place to enjoy a day at the beach. If you're feeling adventurous, you can also rent a kayak or paddleboard and explore the Gulf on your own. If you're looking for something to do after dark, Gulf Shores has a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore. You can also catch a live music show at one of the many venues in town. HOUSE RULES:
• This home is part of an HOA community with common grounds including a launch, dock, boat slip, and beach area. Use at your own risk. Each guest will need to sign a waiver before arrival.
• No jumping or diving from dock.
• Flush only toilet paper.
• Move grill away from home when grilling. Follow grill instructions.
• No parties. Be courteous to neighbors. They live close by full time.
• Bunk bed max 200 lbs.
• Murphy bed max 500 lbs.
• Butcher block table for cleaning fish and food prep only.
• Crab traps and other items on dock area are off limits.
• Bag all trash and put in dumpster. No loose trash.
