- PARKING: Parking is available for a fee ($5 per day/ $62 per month).
- DEPOSIT: Please note that a refundable pre-authorization of $300 will be collected upon check-in which shall be fully returned upon check-out unless there is significant damage to the unit.
- ID CHECK: Per the rules of this community, we will request you submit your Government-issued Photo ID at the time of your check-in via our check-in form. You'll have to also agree to our terms of service.
