This is a brand new fully carpeted cozy 3 bedroom inexpensive basement unit with a kitchenette that accommodates 8 people with a full bathroom, microwave , kettle and a fridge. Why spend so much to have a kitchen when you can use the money to order out and experience a variety of foods. 2 free car parking available. The main floor is separate and the top floor is separate with separate entrance and not available to the general public.
