• Additional guests must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.
• Loud parties and indoor smoking will incur a penalty.
• Pets are not permitted.
Guests are required to provide a security deposit before check-in to cover potential damages or unpaid expenses during their stay.

This deposit serves solely as insurance for any damages or outstanding costs incurred by the guests during their stay, excluding accommodation fees.

If no damages occur and all expenses are settled, the full deposit will be refunded within 10 business days after checkout.

Superhostly reserves the right to charge the provided credit card for any damages or expenses not settled by checkout. Charges may include, but are not limited to:

✔︎Lockout call-out fee ($100 during business hours, $200 outside business hours)

✔︎Late checkout (up to the additional cost incurred by Superhostly)

✔︎Additional cleaning due to cleanliness issues ($100/hour)

✔︎Damaged inventory or property (charged at the cost of replacement/repair)

✔︎Missing items (charged at the cost of replacement)

✔︎Returning guest belongings (charged at the cost of return)

Accidental breakages will not impact the deposit, but malicious damage will be reported to the police and costs may exceed the deposit. Any issues affecting the deposit will be documented within 14 business days after checkout.
