Unfortunately, did not have the best experience

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

I will start with saying the booking process and confirmation details was easy and received quickly. However, that was the best part of our experience. I received a text with all of the details as well as was told to communicate through this text. As we got there on a Sunday, I messaged about the availability of early check-in, no response. In the pictures, there is clearly a garage. However, no access. I messaged for clarity, no response. To say the least, I had no Faith in reaching out to them to get a response if anything was needed. I had to go buy bug spray as there were numerous spiders inside the house. Lots of red ant hills, even a snake living behind the paneling on the house. (If looking at the house, to the left of the front door) The pool, yes, was a little small, but was nice. However, the outside area is lacking. No lounge chairs to lay in the sun. The garbage was literally overflowing when we checked in and smelled real bad. As this was our eighth year in a row renting in Hilton head, I will not use Island rentals again.
