Sol Sin Fin is an ocean view home just steps away from the beach where you can enjoy family, friends, and the ocean breeze. The first floor has a living and game area along with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This living area is ideal for families or competitive friends! In addition to a dining table, perfect for board games or cards, there is a foosball table and shuffleboard table. This area also opens out unto the porch, which has plenty of space to enjoy the weather in the cooler months. Each of the downstairs bedrooms has two queen beds and an adjacent bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs is the primary bedroom, kitchen, and living area. The king bedroom is incredibly comfortable with a king bed, television, and a suite bathroom. Also, the kitchen includes every utensil you can think of, so get ready to stay in and cook! There is also plenty of counter space and ample area to move around. The upstairs living area is spacious and comfortable with a large couch centered around the TV and a decorative fireplace. It is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area for an open feel. As you step into the dining area, you can see the ocean view and easy access to the balcony, which wraps around the Southern and Western part of the home to get the best of the view. On the balcony is a charcoal grill as well as outdoor chairs to soak in the sunset. Pets allowed with additional fee.
