Mid Season Spring (May 5 - June 23): $700 per night - 3 night minimum
Mid Season Fall (Sept 8 - Oct 20): $700 per night - 3 night minimum
Low Season (Oct 20 - May 5): $600 per night - 3 night minimum
Christmas & New year (Dec 22 - Jan 5): $875 per night - 3 night minimum
