Summary:
These are separate, but neighboring apartments. Although they don’t connect internally, the entrances are adjacent to each other. Each unit has its own living space, kitchen, and bathroom.

The Space:
LOCATION: Just a block away from the beach, 250 Collins by Roami is where you want to be for your time in South Beach. When you're done at the beach explore the many other parks, museums, bars, and restaurants that are all within walking distance.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

APARTMENT: The two separate apartment sleeps 12 guests in a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

BATHROOMS: All 4 Bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

AMENITIES: The property has a common rooftop pool (39'x14'). The beach is also just one block away. Each apartment is equipped with its own in-unit washer and dryer and complimentary detergent.

PARKING: On-site parking is not available at this property, although there are several parking garages within a few blocks.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer,1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 10 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TV.

Elevator: There is not an elevator at this property. Residences are located on floors 1-3 of the building, and guests may have to climb stairs.

Incredible experience!
I cannot say enough good things about this property! We were blown away at the balcony attached to our unit! I have three small children, all of which very much enjoyed its location and outdoor amenity areas! We will definitely be staying here again. We love the location! While I did not realize it was two separate units when I initially booked the reservation it worked out better than all staying in one unit. We felt safe the entire time. I would highly encourage any group to stay here!

Deceptive listing - bad property
The units do not look anything like the pictures. They are much more run down and everything was broken. The shower valves got stuck, the doors are broken and do not close, and the keypad to get in was busted. The TV in the smaller bedroom did not work. One unit had a couch too small for our group to sit on and the TV was much smaller than pictured. Also, they said they had luggage storage, but it was just a room downtown that looked like a crack house with an incredibly insecure door code and anyone could come in and take your stuff. We asked if we could drop our luggage in the room and they said no, so we just had to drive around until check in time so our stuff wouldn’t get stolen. There is no parking and even though they say there is a garage it is 100 per day to park in it. The elevator is broken and they have no intention of fixing it. There are massive piles of garbage all over the place, it was pretty disgusting. The shades also do not cover any of the windows so there is no privacy in the rooms. I cannot believe how much we paid for this. Very disappointing.
