Enjoy spectacular water views of Wellfleet Harbor and Great Island from the front and rooftop decks of this multi-level, three plus-bedroom property. This comfortable home has central A/C and plenty of room for relaxing including a bright and open living room, large deck, two sitting areas and a finished lower level.

Take the exterior steps to the foyer with half bath and laundry. Up a half flight of stairs to the main living level with living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. The separate dining room opens to the living room and the well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops. Sliders from the living room open to the large front deck with dining table and gas grill. The sliders, large windows and vaulted ceiling make the living room open and bright.

Up another half flight of stairs is a sitting area with sofa and TV. Another half flight of stairs leads to a second sitting area with sofa--nice spot to snuggle up with a good book. A slider from this sitting area leads to the circular staircase to the rooftop deck.

From the foyer, take a half flight of stairs down to the bedrooms on the first floor. The master has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with custom shower, granite counter tops and two sinks. A second bedroom has a king bed and the third has two twins. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower on this level.

A half flight of stairs from the bedroom level leads to the finished lower level. The lower level has a den with sectional and flat screen TV, a half bath and an open bedroom area with queen bed.

The large front deck off the living room and rooftop deck offer wonderful water views--great outdoor spaces for relaxing and unwinding. There is a gas grill on the front deck and an unenclosed outdoor shower at the rear of the house.

Walk to Chipman Cove on Wellfleet Harbor. Short ride to Wellfleet Center and Harbor for restaurants, galleries and shops, the wonderful bay beaches in the Indian Neck area, Wellfleet's freshwater ponds, ocean beaches and much more.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
