About this property

Most Delightfully Relaxing Retreat in Dunsborough

You’ll enjoy this stylish holiday home, providing a light-filled, relaxed and friendly base, perfect for up to three couples, or family of six.

The private garden is sun-filled during the day and affords sunset views over a the beautiful Dunsborough Lakes golf course.

A fully equipped kitchen will make it easy to cook up a feast and it’s a two minute walk to a great coffee shop.

Lovely theatre room set up off the main living area which has a smart TV.

Fully air-conditioned and fast Wifi.

The living rooms are very spacious, with a fully equipped modern kitchen.

Wood burning fire - a bag of firewood is provided May-Oct to get you started as well as air-conditioning.

Lovely outside area backing onto open space.

You'll have access to the whole house - note that one of the bedrooms (a fourth) is kept locked with the owners belongings inside.

There is also a huge garage for guests to park their cars.

Always happy to help, we're just around the corner.

The beds have foam toppers and charcoal padded mattress protectors for increased comfort.

Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

One bag of firewood is provided May to October. There is air-conditioning in the main room.
No pets, no parties – quiet after 10pm. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 6 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.

Relaxing getaway.
Overall impression was a spacious, clean, (inside), well presented holiday home, in a quiet location, with great parking for 2 x 4wd's. However, upon entering the Garage, there was dirt, dust, cobwebs & many spiders everywhere, (which we cleaned up ourselves!) This was also evident at the Front Door and the back Alfresco, including on the Fan. The spider webs and dirt etc was everywhere from "top to bottom" in this area . The sliding Door tracks were also very "dirty"!! The BBQ also needs a good clean, hence we could not use it, and we couldn't enjoy sitting in the Alfresco !
