There is a half bath and laundry closet located just off the kitchen by the theater room.

There are 2 bedrooms. The main master bedroom offers a king bed, large HDTV, private bathroom with large double shower and access to the deck with hot tub.
The second bedroom offers a king bed, large HDTV, private bathroom with shower and access to the deck.
