Modern 3 Level Sunny Townhouse on City fringe including secure covered parking for two small cars. Walk to Wynyard Quarter and the City Centre.
The ground floor double garage has internal entry to the stairs which take up to the main living area comprising of kitchen, dining, lounge opening onto a small balcony. There is a smart TV and generous wifi package. The laundry is housed in the garage.
Upstairs there are two sunny bedrooms. The king beds in the master and second bedrooms can be split into twin beds, with an additional cost, and there is a king single bed in the third bedroom which is on the ground floor. Modern tiled bathroom with large tiled walk in shower.
Minimum stay is one week. Serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking throughout house or on balcony. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 or $600 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.
We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.
We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of others occupants in the complex.
Photo ID, valid email and phone number required.
Strictly no party and no noise between 11 pm to 7 am.
Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment.
The guest would be charged up to NZ$500 if a noise complaint or smoking trace is reported against them.
