The living area has a dining table which seats six and there is a large and luxurious leather couch, 50" TV, SKY package includes movies & sport, plus a generous wi-fi package. Both the living area and bedroom get the morning sun, the bedroom has a large king bed which can be made up as twins if requested, there is a 2nd TV in this room. The spacious tiled bathroom has both a bath & shower. No private laundry within the apartment but there is a coin operated laundry just next door - there is one on each floor of the building. No allocated car park with this apartment but we may be to help should you require one (extra fee would apply).

The Heritage Hotel is housed in the old Farmers Department Store which opened in 1921 and has been restored in keeping with its original art deco style. It has a 12ft stud and beautiful hardwood floors. Strategically placed, it is in short walking distance of major transport hubs, SKYCITY Entertainment Centre, the CBD and the Viaduct Harbour. The Heritage Hotel has great facilities - there are two pools - one outdoor and one indoor heated lap pool, a spa pool, sauna, two gyms, tennis court, giant outdoor chess game and a restaurant & bar all available to residents.

This property is one of a number of private apartments we manage in the Heritage Hotel & Towers and in other complexes throughout the CBD so just ask us what else is available if this one doesn't suit your needs or is already booked.

The Heritage Hotel is perfectly placed in the central CBD - it is a five minute walk to the Viaduct Harbour, downtown shopping, business district or the SKY City Convention Centre and Casino.

Within walking distance to Britomart Transport Centre and the Downtown Ferry Terminal.

Bookings taken up to 3 months prior to check in.
The All Blacks stay in this complex when they are in Auckland - so be cool if you bump into one of them in the lift!
Key collection is from our office which is just down the road from the complex.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 or $600 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.

We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of others occupants in the complex.
Photo ID, valid email and phone number required.
Strictly no party and no noise between 11 pm to 7 am.
Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment.
The guest would be charged up to NZ$500 if a noise complaint or smoking trace is reported against them.
