This near new luxury apartment is situated in the heart of Wynyard Quarter which is a waterfront destination of luxury residential living, lifestyle with walkability, dining, and superb recreation. The location is home to many of Auckland's events, the Waterfront Theatre and an array of markets, outdoor cinema, and dining are just a short stroll. This apartment is also within walking distance to Fanshaw Street technology corridor and Auckland CBD.
This 170+ sqm apartment has three bedrooms and a media room, two bathrooms, and two big balconies. It comes with a tandem car park which fits two cars.
• Master bedroom with large wardrobe space, ensuite, and balcony access
• Two double bedrooms with large wardrobes
• An extra media room
• Big windows great natural light
• A shared public living space - courtyard and water feature
• The twin beds in the second and third bedroom can be combined with a larger bed at a small additional cost, with requests in advance.
• The kitchen is fully equipped.
• A laundry and a dryer in the unit.
• Tandem carpark suits two cars (height limit 2 m)
• The apartment has is brand new. Stains/damages would occur a high cleaning/damage cost which would be on charge to the tenant.
• If you come with young children, we can provide a cot/high chair at a small cost.
• Please do your own dishes and put them away upon your check out.
• Please throw your own rubbish. Thank you!
• The key collection is from a different location in the city central with the apartment. We will send the information to you one week before your arrival date.
• We can arrange private car transfer/meet/greet service for you with an extra cost. With this hassle-free service, the driver will pick up the key in advance, meet you at the airport, and drop you off directly at the apartment door. Please book at least 48 hours in advance.
Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 up to $1500 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.
We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.
We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of others occupants in the complex.
Photo ID, valid email and phone number required. Strictly no party and no noise between 11 pm to 7 am. Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment. A valid photo ID and a bond up to $1500 directly with us is required.
