• The key collection is from a different location in the city central with the apartment. We will send the information to you one week before your arrival date.
• Body Corp does not allow clothes to be visible from outside while you are drying them.
• We can arrange private car transfer/meet/greet service for you with an extra cost. With this hassle-free service, the driver will pick up the key in advance, meet you at the airport, and drop you off directly at the apartment door. Please book at least 48 hours in advance.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 to $1500 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.
We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.
We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of other occupants in the complex.
Photo ID, valid email and phone number required. Strictly no party and no noise between 11 pm to 7 am. Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment. A valid photo ID and a bond up to $1500 directly with us is required.
