This spacious 2 bedroom apartment has everything you need for your Auckland trip. It is on the 33rd floor of the popular Metropolis building. Being in the city center, it is only 2 minutes walk to Queen Street and Albert Park. The building features an indoor pool and a gym for residents to use. This apartment comes with one car park.
• Unlimited Wi-Fi, and it’s FREE!
• This apartment features 3 bathrooms, 2 of them are ensuite for each bedroom. The Master Bedroom ensuite bathroom has a bathtub.
• Each bedroom has a balcony for you to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine with outside fresh air.
• An undercover secure carpark is included. Please note that the height is limited.
• Fully equipped kitchen including a stovetop, microwave and dishwasher.
• A washer/dryer combo in the apartment.
• Provide 24/7 check-in – contact us in advance if you arrive outside of office hours.
• PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN. THE APARTMENT IS NOT CHILD-PROOF.
• The apartment is cleaned weekly (if you stay longer than 9 nights).
• A starter pack of bathroom and kitchen condiments is included, fresh linen and towels.
• The complex has an indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna and SPA pool. The opening hour can vary depending on the Building Management.
• Please do your own dishes and put them away upon your check out.
• Please throw your own rubbish. Thank you!
• Body Corp does not allow clothes to be visible from outside while you are drying them.
• The key collection is from a different location (10 Hobson Street, Auckland CBD). We will send the information to you before your arrival date. We will send the information to you one week before your arrival date.
• We can arrange a private car transfer/meet/greet service for you at an extra cost. With this hassle-free service, the driver will pick up the key in advance, meet you at the airport, and drop you off directly at the apartment door. Please book at least 48 hours in advance.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 to $1500 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.
We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.
We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of other occupants in the complex.
Photo ID, valid email and phone number required. Strictly no party and no noise between 11 pm to 8 am. Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment. A valid photo ID and a bond up to $1500 directly with us is required.
