Welcome to this lovely apartment on Princess Wharf. Perfectly located Downtown and the Viaduct. There is seating for 3 people in the lounge and at the dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook. The bedroom comes with a queen side bed and a build-in closet. The bedroom and the living area are separated with stylish sliding doors. The bathroom has a walk in shower. A starter-pack of toiletries are included.
Car park on request, (if available) for an additional cost.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 to $1000 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.

We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of others occupants in the complex.
