Have a lovely stay in a gorgeous spacious two-level apartment right across the sky tower. The living room has a large couch, two lazy chairs, and 2 bean bags. There is an open kitchen that is fully equipped for you to cook in. There is a dining room with seating for 6 people. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms; 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and a twin bedroom. The king and 1 queen bedrooms come with their own ensuite bathrooms. There are 2 separate bathrooms in the apartment. 2 Car parks included.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 to $1000 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.

We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of others occupants in the complex.
