QV Luxury with Sea Views (1128)

Enjoy your stay in Downtown Auckland with a bit of luxury. Open plan living with modern stylish furnishings. Seating for 6. Wifi & aircon is included. Also enjoy the views of the Viaduct, Auckland Harbour Bridge & City Skyline. The kitchen is equipped for you to cook. The Master bedroom has a King bed that can be split to twins (additional fee applies) & an ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms have Queen beds. A separate laundry houses the washing machine & dryer. A carpark is included.

Quinovic Viaduct reserves the right to cancel a booking and offer a full refund or a replacement booking at its discretion.
Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change.
No smoking in apartment or on the balcony.
Key collection is from our office which is 1km from complex.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $1000 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.

We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of others occupants in the complex.
