The key collection is from a different location (10 Hobson Street, Auckland CBD). We will send the information to you before your arrival date. We will send the information to you one week before your arrival date.

Please note that we will require a $600 security deposit organised directly with Quinovic Viaduct. We will also require valid Photo ID to verify guests and fulfil health and safety requirements.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of other occupants in the complex.
