Nightly Rental House Rules:
These house rules are in place to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, protect the property, and respect the neighbors and our beautiful mountain.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in is after 4:00 PM,
Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
Early check-in may be available upon request, but it is difficult when we have back-to-back bookings. We will try our best to accommodate when you'd like.
We will send you detailed instructions on accessing the property before you arrive.
We will include exact instructions on how to get to the condominium— it can be confusing as the adjacent complexes have similar names.
Occupancy & Guests:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. This includes all adults and children.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please inform us in advance if you are expecting any visitors.
Respect & Noise Levels:
We kindly ask all guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially after 9:00 PM.
Brian Head City's quiet hours are 10:00 - 8:00 AM.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited and will be noticed by the full-time residents in this complex.
Smoking & Pets:
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited inside the house, on the balcony, in the stairwell, and against the building.
Pets: Pets of any kind are not allowed on site.
Property Care & Amenities:
Please treat the property and its furnishings with care. It is our second home, and we have spent much money and time updating it for you.
You are responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests during your stay.
Parking:
Our facility is first come / first serve - do not park against the building, in front of the stairs, or at the garage door at any time—Park across from the building/parallel to the edge of the street.

Trash & Linens:
Trash: To avoid additional fees, remove ALL trash from ALL trash cans and discard in the brown dumpster in the drive as you enter the property. Do not leave anything in the refrigerator or cabinets.
Do not leave trash in the stairwell, the mountain animals will get into it.
Linens:
Leave all towels and linens in a pile on the floor and all beds unmade.
Safety & Security:
In case of emergencies, please call 911.
