The 5-star-rated Vdara Hotel and Spa located in the heart of City Center on the Las Vegas Strip is a non-gaming, non-smoking condo hotel.
This is an exquisite, 850-square-foot one-bedroom with an unbelievable view of Las Vegas. This luxury rental is fully equipped and perfect for individuals or small groups who want the true Vegas experience.
This suite will accommodate up to 4 guests with a king bed and a full-size pull-out sofa sleeper. The full bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub.
The kitchen has a four-burner cooktop, full refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen table.
There is a room divider between the king bed and living room area, and each area has a separate flat-screen television on each side.

Keep in Mind:
• Your valid photo ID is required upon CHECK-IN. Your full name on your ID must be the same as what is written in the booking details that we have. Please ensure your name entered reflects this information accurately or notify us of the correct name.
• You will be required to provide a damage deposit upon booking. This is the security deposit required by the hotel. Guests will be asked to place a valid credit card on hold with the front desk for the $100/night damage deposit to cover any incidentals. The deposit will be refunded as long as there are no damages incurred to the suite.
• All kitchen and dining items, such as cutlery, dishware, pots, pans, and glassware, are available upon request and will be brought directly to the suite by Vdara Guest Services. You may request these items upon check-in or at any time during your stay by calling guest services using the phone in your room.
• This is a privately owned condominium. Daily housekeeping is not an included service. Additional towels or linens will be provided separately; please direct all requests to the hotel.
• Due to the high occupancy rate of this property, we are not able to guarantee early check-in or late check-out requests. Please note all early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to an additional fee. We understand that the travel itinerary does not always match up with check-in and check-out times. If you need to store your luggage before or after your stay, you may do so at the bell desk located in the lobby.
•StripViewSuites Hours of Operation are 24 hours, seven days a week, including holidays.
• Valet parking is available for up to one vehicle. Please note valet does have capacity limits out of our control; if it is full, guests may park in the self-parking structure.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
• A $100 refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check-in per day (up to $300.) The security deposit must ONLY be paid with either a debit or credit card (cash/check NOT accepted).
•Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in.
