Affordable 1-bedroom unit close to Maroubra Beach

A studio in a peaceful residential area, just a short walk from Maroubra Beach, providing easy and quick access to an ocean view. The bus stop is located next door. It will take you straight to Bondi Junction and Sydney CBD.

This studio can host a maximum of 2 guests.

In this studio, you will have:

- 1 bedroom with 1 double-size bed
- 1 bathroom with shower, toilet
- 1 kitchen with induction cooker
- Wardrobe, washer, and a dining table in the living area.

You can park in the backyard space, but please don't block the way. Parking space is not guaranteed
There is no Wi-Fi provided in the room.
You need to climb stairs to reach the room.

• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)

Please help us keep the place in good condition. We would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules.
• Strictly no smoking – $150 charge from bond for evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events – $150 charge from bond for evidence of parties or events.
• Key loss will result in a charge of $200; if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $50 will be charged before 10 pm and we are not able to help with any key issues after 10pm.
• Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $100. Keys need to be placed back in our nominated place before the check-out time.
• You may find a shuttle to the apartment directly from Gold Coast Airport. Please check the Skybus website for further information.
