You'll have everything you need for your stay, a queen bed, wardrobe, seating area with a Smart TV, en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking lush surroundings. Private Wi-Fi is available for working or streaming your favorite shows.
Cook your own meals in the kitchen that have all the appliances for self-catering, including a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery & kitchenware. There is a washing machine in the unit that is convenient for longer stays.
The building is well-maintained, with great amenities such as swimming pools, sundecks with loungers, a fitness studio, 24hrs security, CCTV and a private parking area.
For bookings over 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used. Please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning is not included in the price, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 700 baht, that includes a change of linen and all the towels. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check-in is available on request.
