Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Welcome to the Knotty Pine Private Property. This rustic retreat offers you a unique experience two minutes outside of Hinton, AB; 45 minutes outside Jasper, AB. Get away from it all when you stay with us. We offer a main floor suite, with a separate bedroom.
Come join us for a campfire steps away from your unit. Ready when you arrive.
Separate entrance into our cabin suite. This unit has a full kitchen, bathroom, and living room with a twin and double bed. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed and full closet. This unit comes with a BBQ for guest use.
**PLEASE NOTE***THIS UNIT DOES NOT PROVIDE BED LINENS, BLANKETS, TOWELS, KITCHEN ITEMS; UTENSILS, COOKWARE, AND OTHER ESSENTIALS LISTED. PLEASE REMEMBER TO PACK YOUR OWN SLEEPING BAG AND PILLOW, AND A TOWEL IF NEEDED. **SOAP AND TOILET PAPER IS PROVIDED**

We are located right off the highway, hidden by the trees for a easy, but still unique experience.
ACROSS THE HIGHWAY From Hinton UFA, on Private Property, we have small cabins, a loft cabin, and RVs for rent this year. As well as trailer and tent spots.
Our open Wash Shack offers an on-site washing machine, toilet, and a single shower.

Other things to note:
Has no WiFi services available.
We have a large but very friendly dog on property that will greet you upon arrival. His name is Luke, and he is nothing but excited to meet new friends.
We have beautiful trails that extend behind our property. Please feel free to ask us any questions, and explore this area. Luke will usually volunteer to join as security.
There may be wildlife on property during your stay.
Please do not approach or try to feed animals.
We are smoke and 420 friendly, provided it is outside only.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I booked 2 cabins for July 27th and 28th, which I was charged for from the moment I booked them. But due to the fire in Jasper, the highways were closed and the town was evacuated and obviously, I could not use the cabins. I contacted the host, Dawn, to explain the situation so that she could refund my money, but she only responded by canceling one of the cabins, for which the refund is in process. However, the other cabin that I booked and paid for has still not responded to me and therefore I have not been reimbursed. I have called her many times and left messages but she does not respond. I also called VRBO and filed a complaint but they told me that they cannot do anything if the host does not respond. But I find it totally unfair that they charged me for something that I didn't use, and that they didn't even give me the option to use it at another time or another place, because the host doesn't respond. It is definitely a lack of honesty and terrible service from both the host and VRBO.
