Bring your own fan
This house is much older than you’d expect considering the lack of pictures of the exterior part of the home. Was not at all what we expected, especially the neighborhood, but the inside of the home was clean for the most part. I do however believe they need to spray for bugs. All three of us saw many roaches throughout our stay. The bad part of our stay was the lack of proper air conditioning. When we arrived at the home, it felt like we walked into a garage it was so warm in there. We changed the thermostat from 78 to 70 and it got better but it never felt like it was actually at 70. We tried setting it to 60-65 due to the lingering heat in the house and we were contacted to turn the A/C back to 70/71. I simply recommend bringing your own stand up fan. If we had one it would have been fine but without one we were uncomfortable and sticky from sweat. I’m assuming it’s just an old A/C system. Also, the wifi information that we had to contact 3 different people for was inaccurate. One person when we let them know the wifi information they gave us was wrong they had to send the correct info later. I recommend getting that information updated for smoother access for guests, maybe even have a print out of information on the fridge.
