Additionally, wine enthusiasts will rejoice in the proximity to Burning Kiln Winery.

With three bedrooms, there's ample space for families and friends to relax in comfort. The first bedroom, perfect for kids, features two twin beds along with closet space. The second bedroom treats you to a queen-sized bed along with closet space. The master bedroom, boasting a Queen-sized bed and closet space.

Prepare delicious meals in the functional kitchen, adorned with custom green countertops and stainless-steel appliances including an electric stove, dishwasher, and fridge. The kitchen comes stocked with essentials like a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and cooking basics. Gather around the spacious dining table with seating for six, where you can savor your culinary creations while soaking in the serene forestry views.

The living spaces are designed for relaxation and togetherness. The main living area, adjacent to the kitchen and dining room, boasts comfortable sofas, a striking electric fireplace, and a 47-inch flat-screen TV with ROKU.

The full bathroom is located off the hallway where all of the bedrooms are. Accustomed with tile floors, 2 clean vanities, and a tub/shower enclosure.

* Late Check-out Policy: We can accommodate late check-outs up to 11 AM at no additional cost, subject to availability and no conflicts with the cleaning schedule for same-day check-ins. Any check-outs after 11 AM will be charged at half the rate of the next night. Our cleaners adhere to a strict schedule to ensure the prompt turnover of the property for the next guest's arrival.
Surveillance Cameras: Cameras are installed only in the entryway and driveway areas for security purposes. There are no cameras installed in the interior of the home, ensuring complete privacy for our guests.

One pet is allowed only and there is a pet fee of $75 CAD. Please let me know in advance if you're bringing a pet. Please note, if you are bringing your furry pet it must be leashed while outside at all times.

Guest access
The front door closest to the driveway has a smart lock as well as the backyard entry door.
Other things to note
There are Cameras on the exterior of the home, there are no parties/events allowed at this property outside of your designated guest. **Cameras are only on the entryway and driveway and no cameras are in the home's interior.**

The front circular driveway accommodates free parking for 3 cars only

For the grill, guests are responsible for bringing their own propane tank

Free firewood will be provided for guests to use located next to the outdoor fire pit.
